Today is my day of birth and I've hit the mighty 22. I also share my birthday with my Mom. She likes to remind me on occasion that she had to spend her birthday in a hospital and that she was only reminded of her birthday when the nurse brought her a cup of tea. Surely I was like the best birthday present everrrr?? Haha. I bought her some pink and white roses and some other things to remind her it's not all that bad having me around! So far I've eaten lots of birthday cake (yummy chocolate gateau), had a huge birthday lunch with my parents at the Handmade Burger Company and played with my brand spanking new ipod touch. It's great accessing blogs on the go!

Tonight I am off for pre drinks with a friend from Uni then off to meet more friends for a birthday meal....which will lead to partying it up at 90's themed night and dancing away to cheesy pop classics (hopefully some classic Spice Girls) till the wee hours of the morning.

It's going to be a great week as I plan to meet more friends this Friday for more partying! The week draws to a close on Sunday where I will be spending the day visiting a friend in Camden town and visiting the new Saatchi gallery in Chelsea. I can't wait!
