Lace top (H&M), Tulip Vest, belt and tights (Topshop)It's been a long week which began with some sad news. The news really shocked me and affected me in a way that really surprised me. It is inevitable that as you grow up, you drift away from some friends in your life. These people were important at one time or another and it is sad that sometimes it takes a tragedy to make you realise that they did play a significant part in your life. He was a childhood friend and we were close to his family but I never thought that the last time I bumped into him, would really be the last time. I've learnt that you can never know what is around the corner and that life is far too short.
Most importantly, that each and every friend leaves an impression, like footprints in your life and they are important in their own individual way.

ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry about your friend. My best friend passed about one and a half years ago so I know how hard it is. Stay strong and surround yourself with supportive people. It's rough but you will make it through. But on a lighter note. I love how you layered and threw in navy blue and yellow for an interesting pop. When o when will topshop come to NY? I'm so jealous of all you UK girls.
