A Kindred Spirit

I had a fabulous weekend as always catching up with my friend Rachael who lives in London. Those weekends spent at hers always go too quickly. Photos will appear on this blog in due course!

But for now here is an outfit from last week. I met up with my uni friend, Hannah (Hello if you're reading!) who I have not seen in so long as she has been busy finishing her masters in English. We had a great time catching up over a Mocha...it was definitely good to know that she shares the same worries as me concerning the real world, jobs and life in general. Makes me feel less alone!

I also recieved some lovely silk knickers from the guys at Andrex. I was a little sceptical at first because they are obviously one of the UK's leading toilet tissue brand and knickers are definitely not what they are famous for!

To celebrate their new luxury, Shea butter toilet tissue they teamed up with vintage inspired lingerie designer Ayton Gasson who has her lines sold in various boutiques as well as a concession in Topshop Oxford Circus. I love the little silk pouch they come in and even better, the knickers are £10 each and £5 goes to cancer charity,'Look good feel better' which is fantastic!
