Not too long ago I spent the day with the awesome
Michelle from DaisyButter and we spent the majority of the day eating and drinking yummy food and then lots of window shopping. On the way back from browsing our favourite Japanese magazines at the Japan Centre, we walked back along Regents Street and stopped in Anthropolgie. I've always loved this store since it first opened and the homeware is easily my favourite. I couldn't resist buying this little
umbrella ring holder and now all my daily favourites sit happily inside!

I also treated myself to the famed
Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil as it's about time I opted for a make up remover that is less harsh than a face wipe. I opted for the brightening cleansing oil (especially after Michelle's recommendation!) and so far, I am loving the oil as well as the adorable limited edition illustration printed on to the bottle. It really does make my skin feel super clean after a day at work and make up simply just 'melts' off. I'm not sure if I could ever go back to using face wipes now...
By the sounds of it that cleansing oil is amazing! I will have to keep my eyes open for it :)

You know what's interesting? I've never heard anyone say they didn't like a Shu Uemura product~ I would love to try out that product one day (once I save up ahhah). Her products seem really good quality. I agree, face wipes aren't the best for removing makeup completely. It's good for traveling-on the go , etc. But for a good cleanse, definitely something more heavy duty to wipe off all the makeup is a better choice! keep in touch <3

ReplyDeleteAnthropologie always has nice trinket things, not to mention the store decor itself is like one massive trinket! Lovely selection of rings for a lovely ring holder.
