Jacket, Jumper - Topshop, Skirt - Warehouse, Necklace - Accessorize, Bag - Marc by Marc Jacobs, Boots - Vagabond
These pictures very nearly didn't make the blog as it was super windy when they were taken and it was a battle to keep my hair in place! This skirt has been in my wardrobe for a few months and perfect for the weather right now. Flippy skater skirts have always been a favourite of mine but they're totally not ideal when it's windy! This colourful tweed skirt from Warehouse with it's Springy pastel colours running through the tweed is a much better choice as it's more structured and not about to cause any embarrassing scenes. It must have gone in the sale as only the matching top remains on the website. On a side note, I've actually kept to my blogging resolution of blogging more as this is my 5th post for January, yay! Looking back this hasn't actually happened since 2013. I'm keen to keep the momentum going so I'm off to edit the next post. Happy weekend guys!
Lovely skirt!

Looove that skirt and the knit paired together, what a lovely colour combo to brighten up January!
ReplyDeleteOh the struggles of taking outfit photos. To be honest, I wouldn't have been able to tell it was super windy unless you told us! The skirt is super cute :) And congrats on keeping your blogging resolution!

Thanks Sinead! It has so much potential - looks great with some casual converse too :)
ReplyDeleteWoop the material means the skirt keeps me nice and toasty too. That pink knit is one of my favourites - so good for early Summer AND layering up In the winter :)
ReplyDeleteHaha there is definitely a reason as to why I am holding my hair down and my fringe is non existent in that first pic! Thanks for your lovely comment xx
ReplyDeleteThanks Monique! I'm definitely a fan of a chunky shoe with good tread - essential for the chilly weather right now x
ReplyDeleteLOVE this outfit Winnie. the pink top really pops :)
