Hello Summer and helloooo lighter, pastel colours in my wardrobe! I'm drawn to all things white, shades of pastel and dusky greys at the moment so this outfit ticked all the boxes and it's pretty nice to be out of black skinny jeans and tights for once! This coat is one of my favourite recent purchases from Zara and it's the perfect length for petite ol' me. It's already gone from the website so I guess it must have been in the sale (damn) but Zara always bring out this blazer in different materials and shades and I'd love it if they brought it back a soft lemon shade. It's exactly the same design as the one from this post but it's a more structured material.
The Summer makes me long to be on holiday and every time I look at Instagram there's a beautiful sunset, a beach or some awesome urban city to explore. Having said that, I am now a little poorer because I've just paid for my flights for my 2 week jaunt back to HK in November. So at least that's something!
Blazer - Zara | Blouse - Banana Republic | Jeans - Topshop (old) | Sandals - Zara (similar) | Bag - Kate Spade | Necklace - Wolf & Moon

That jacket is SO perfect. I'm all about the pastels too lately - trying to kid myself that light colours equare lighter heat. It doesn't. So sweaty.
ReplyDeleteThe pastels look lovely on you. I am a big fan of Wolf & Moon, I have just been over to check out the latest collection and was very tempted.
ReplyDeleteI really love those jeans too! :)

I love this! Perfect for summer. That blazer is so cute on you, and I know how hard it can be to find a good blazer when you're petite!

This outfit is so lovely! So pretty but smart and chic too, what a combination! The sandals add such a chic focus too, you look gorge
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely! I adore the light pastel colours!

Great blazer, it's lovely! I love the summer blazers everywhere at the moment but haven't found one that quite works for me yet. Also, cool jeans! I thought initially they must be leggings with such an ornate print!! xx
ReplyDeleteI love how the pattern on your bag complements the pattern of your jeans!! Nice touch ;) I really like that you're showing a look with the necklace from Wolf & Moon I saw in your last post. It's nice to see something I recognize and remember as being you, and just being able to see it coordinated with an outfit :D
ReplyDeleteI am a sucker for patterned jeans! I'm going to see if Topshop has anything similar this season, I love them!x
ReplyDeleteah winnie this is the most perfect spring outfit. enjoy the sunshine today :)
ReplyDeleteLove your blazer! I'm really into pastel pink at the moment.

Thanks Mei! It's my favourite at the moment but it's been a little too warm to wear it, which has been a nice change!
ReplyDeleteThanks Maria, i don't wear pastels often enough, so I am loving it :)
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to go! I always think I should book a trip to somewhere new but when I have friends and family always end up pulling me back to that city!
ReplyDeleteAh I know and then all the holiday shopping starts....I need to have some self-restraint!
ReplyDeleteTeehee, but it's far better than wearing all black! :P
ReplyDeleteThank you lovely! I haven't purchased any neons yet - but prints, yes! HK isn't always sunny, always the danger of typhoons hitting! Can't wait though!
ReplyDeleteWolf and Moon are my favourite! Such a nice treat and so beautifully packaged too!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Me too, I only wear these in the Summer and I've been loving wearing them again this year!
ReplyDeleteYessss, petite issues right?! I once bought a top thinking it was a cute mini dress but then I realised it was a tunic and then I took it back - mostly because I couldn't unseen the tunic after my realisation! Sometimes it works in my favour though...
ReplyDeleteThanks Selina! I felt quite smart in this - maybe because I wasn't in trainers but that blazer and button down shirt deffo helps :) x
ReplyDeleteThanks Monique! I'm definitely after more muted colours at the moment. Though I have just bought a brightly printed skirt...so have deviated slightly!
ReplyDeleteAw thanks! The bag is so perfect for the Summer - literally goes with every outfit. Thanks for your lovely comment Stephanie! x
ReplyDeleteThey are definitely legging-like! They're the Leigh jeans from Topshop, so they are quite a stretchy skinny fit jean - impulse buy last year and I'm totally glad I bought them, they're so fun!
ReplyDeleteOh I hadn't noticed that about the pattern! That's such a happy accident! I'm pleased you like the post Kim! It was definitely a conscious effort to make sure I photographed it as it's such a lovely piece!
ReplyDeleteI know right? I have been looking out for similar prints but haven't seen anything yet. Still all about the ripped denim in Topshop (which i've not bought into....yet!).
ReplyDeleteThanks Paula! I'm glad you like! It's been so hot lately that I've not been able to coordinate the jacket in an outfit for almost 2 weeks. Definitely making the most of the sunshine, hope you are too!
ReplyDeleteMe too, I so wanted a pink winter coat, but never found one but the Spring blazer is definitely more my style and wearable for me!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
ReplyDeleteOh Tasha, thanks for the lovely comment. I don't wear pastels often enough, so I'm definitely trying to make more of a conscious effort to do so!
ReplyDeleteThanks Alex! One of my favourite outfits at the moment :)
ReplyDeleteNo problem, it looks so nice Winnie!
ReplyDeleteAw well I don't blame you, it seems incredible - plus having friends and family there/going too, it adds to the appeal too!
ReplyDeleteLove that blazer; such a cute colour on you. And those trousers are gorgeous x
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm such a fan of those jeans, definitely great for the Summer.
ReplyDeleteMy pleasure. Precisely. Perfect! x
ReplyDeleteBack to HK, sweet! Pastels really suit you.
